- Delivery timelines may vary due to:

- Stock availability
- External factors (logistics, weather, etc.)
d. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
- Final shipping cost will be included in the quotation or invoice
e. Delivery Conditions
- Customers must ensure the site is accessible for delivery
- Someone must be available to receive and inspect the goods
- Any special delivery requirements must be communicated in advance
2. Order Tracking
- Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided once the order is dispatched
- For custom logistics, our team will coordinate delivery updates directly
3. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

4. Returns Policy

- Custom-made or made-to-measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged

- Item is returned in original packaging
